Even after a Purchase Order has been transferred, you still have the ability to make changes to that Purchase order as long as there have been no receipt transactions posted.

  • The ability to modify a transferred purchase order is a   function that must be activated in Security Management -> Access Restrictions. 
  • In Stock Order from Catalogue, you can now select a PO from the ‘TRANSFERRED’ folder, Click File -> Unlock the Order
  • Once you have completed the changes to the Purchase Order, click the ‘Save and Transfer’ icon.
