Hide Inactive Customers, Suppliers, Projects & Employees


By default, Maestro lookup screens show all Customers, Suppliers, Projects, and Employees setup in the system.  You can change your user preferences so that the lookup screens ONLY show active Customers, Suppliers, Projects, and Employees.



From the Main tool bar, click on the Configuration Icon and select User Preferences.  On the VIEW tab, uncheck the boxes for the inactive records that you DO NOT want to see in your lookup windows.
