Faster Searching in Document Management with Keywords:

 

Defining Keywords in Document Management allows you to setup specific fields from the transaction that you can then use when searching for a document.

 

 

Open the Module where you will be saving the transaction (Project Purchase, Enter a Sales, etc.), and click the Document Management Icon. 

Click Tools -> Define Keywords

 

 

 

Select the Field(s) that you would like to be able to search by when in Document Inquiry, then click the green arrow to complete.

 

 

 

Now when I open Document Inquiry, I can use the AP Invoice number to easily find the document attached to this Project Purchase.
